2011 was the first year I ran the Chicago Marathon, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great run with great crowd support! Typically training requires at least one or two 20 mile runs, but I was only able to run a 14 miler because of injury. I say this only to encourage you and if you put your mind to it you can do it! JUST FINISH! AND HAVE FUN DOING IT!!
